Is Greymatter dead?

In the Greymatter Forums this question, "Is Greymatter dead?", comes up every year or so.

My answer to this question is, it depends, on if the current users and supporters can inspire others to help on one of the many fronts that are needed to keep an Open Source Project going. Remember this; Greymatter is free to use, free to install, free to upgrade, free to modify, whenever and however you choose.

If you love or like Greymatter past or present help us keep it alive by going to the forums and letting us know what features you would: lose, keep, or add to Greymatter?

www. what?

Wow it's July 2008 already and I have spent the last seven months avoiding updating this site.

One of the last changes I made was to update the site access file so that even if you type the www. thing you would end up at http://rapiddialog.com and not http://www.rapiddialog.com. I made this change for a few reasons, but what got me fired up to do this was when I read http://no-www.org.

I like the idea of less typing and with a simple change to my .htaccess on the web server it was done. A quick tour of the net and you will find websites names do not work without www. in the name, but the dumbest, is that Verizon's domain name ends up at http://www22.verizon.com.

Who came up with this one for Verizon, Homer Simpson?
